Refunds and Replacements
At Wythe & Berry, we are passionate about providing the highest quality products to our customers and we hope that you will love our products as much as we do.
However if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to us within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund back to your route of initial payment we received from you (dependent on circumstances), store credit or a replacement.
How to Return to Us
Firstly, Returns at Wythe + Berry will always be on us.
1. Initiate return process by emailing us at email@example.com
2. We will then send you a return label to send us back the products
3. Once we receive the products successfully, you will receive either full refund back to your original form of payment, store credit or a replacement will be sent out to you ASAP - dependent on situation, or your choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval in most cases. In the case of approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened or broken; store credit will be granted for opened items; or a replacement item will be shipped. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund (dependent on circumstances).
Please note that all circumstances are different, and if we feel the situation is able to be rectified without sending back the item we are happy to do that too.
We understand that accidents happen. If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you.
